Forecast Tues 15/9 & Wed 16/9

TUESDAY 15/9:
A trough is triggering scattered thunderstorms in southern NSW and Victoria, damaging winds are possible mainly associated with thunderstorms.

Showers are also possible along with a odd rumble chance for the NSW coast between the far south coast and Sydney increasing chances by afternoon/evening.

A few light showers for the far north Queensland coast, A low is generating winds and showers for southern Western Australia.

There is a good chance off some offshore lightning this evening for the NSW coast.

I might also expect to see an Severe Thunderstorm Warning this afternoon, mainly for Damaging Winds but there is nothing at the time of writing.

Illawarra & South Coast - mid to high 20s, cooler in the afternoon.
Riverina & South West Slopes - low 20s.
Sydney & Central Tablelands - mid to high 20s, cooler in the afternoon/evening.
and most other area's in NSW due to hit the mid to high 20s again cooler towards the evening.

WEDNESDAY 16/9:
A trough will bring showers over South Australia mainly in the east and areas of western Victoria. A large high pressure system will keep much of Australia dry with a cool start however moist south easterly winds will bring areas of showers to the NSW and VIC coasts.

A broad trough over NSW and QLD could trigger thundery showers over inland parts of those states.

Illawarra & South Coast - mid to high teens.
Riverina & South West Slopes - high teens to low 20s
Sydney & Central Tablelands - mid teen's to low 20s.
and most other area's in NSW due to hit the low to high 20s.
