**COLD WEATHER ON THE WAY**

A strong cold front is currently storming its way across South Australia brining winds of 78km/h which were recorded at Ceduna SA.

Scattered thunderstorms are also associated with this front which is expected to begin moving in to Western NSW overnight (Tuesday in to Wednesday) before crossing the Southern Tablelands/Highlands around in the 3-7pm bracket.

Scattered thunderstorms and strong wind gusts are possible, there isn't too much moisture associated with this event so only expect some rain, slim chance of some snow flurries around Crookwell and maybe 1-2cm out Oberon way.

This is quite a fast moving system so expect it to be all over with by around Thursday afternoon and a return to cold mornings and clear skies.

Another system looks to move in to South Eastern WA on Sunday before scooting in to South Australia Monday and in to NSW overnight Monday/Tuesday which will bring cloud and scattered showers.
